From our very first enquiry, EMS have demonstrated an ability to listen to and understand our requirements, evaluate our needs, offer suggestions, advice and solutions whilst providing a service that matched our expectations.

They have proved very reliable, flexible, efficient and most of all approachable and a pleasure to deal with.
Their work is always carried out with the utmost care and respect, they are willing to accommodate any special requests we may have and they appreciate the special working conditions in which they operate, whilst delivering an excellent level of service.

I have no reservations in recommending their services and will certainly continue to use them as it is very reassuring to know that EMS are on hand, able and willing to resolve problems and emergencies.
